What we collect

VaultBox is designed with privacy in mind. We collect the absolute minimum of data needed to operate the service.

Uploaded files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after the expiration period. We do not inspect, analyze, or share file contents.

We maintain basic access logs (IP addresses, timestamps, file sizes) for security monitoring. Logs are automatically rotated.

What we do NOT collect

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use analytics services. We do not collect personal information. We do not require registration. We do not serve advertisements.

Data retention

Uploaded files are permanently deleted after expiration. No backups of user files are created. Server logs are retained for a maximum of 7 days.

Security

All transfers are encrypted using TLS 1.3. Files are stored on encrypted storage with strict access controls.
